- Once an order is placed and/or an item is purchased from our brand, we kindly ask you to note that changes, exchanges, cancellations or refunds will not be applicable.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.
- At the time of placing your order, a detailed invoice will be shared with you. Please review it thoroughly as no claims or changes can be accommodated thereafter.
- We appreciate your promptness in collecting your order within three months of its readiness, as the brand cannot be held responsible beyond this time frame.
- After a final fitting, alterations will not be accepted to maintain the integrity of the design.
- When an order is ready, pictures will be shared specifically with out of city clients prior to shipping, fostering transparency and satisfaction.
- Post collection or shipment, any claims will not be entertained, as the brand's accountability concludes at this point.
- Please be aware that sizes may vary slightly based on the silhouette of the design compared to client measurements.
- Keep in mind that the actual colours of a design may differ from those shown on our website and social media due to screen variations.
- Design patterns of chikankari, lace, and buttons are subject to availability and may vary accordingly.
- To maintain a serene shopping environment, photography and videography are not permitted at the Shamsha Hashwani boutique.
- We request all visitors to adhere to a standard of respect and conduct, as we reserve the right to admission.
